Shipping policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed, please allow 3–8 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that unforeseen circumstances (such as courier delays, high order volumes, or weather conditions) may occasionally affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience in these situations.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Lumera is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
